Zoom (video call software)
Since the pandemic Zoom has become a household name, as it has not just been useful for businesses but also for people connecting with family, friends and loved ones during lockdowns and travel restrictions.

Paypal has become an omnipresent payment app for businesses worldwide. In large this is due to its excellent user experience and top-level credit card processing service.
They have also built an app that allows easy integration into payment gateways for eCommerce platforms, often requiring no more than a couple of clicks and an email address to buy or sell goods and services. We all know how important the customer journey is and the more simplistic the journey is the easier it is to convert those sales.
